Proposal for Changes of Organizational Structure in a Small Company

The work deals with the organizational structure of the selected company. Organizational structure is designed to effectively reflect current needs. The proposed changes are implemented based on an analysis of the current state of the researched business area. The key sources of analysis were secondary sources in the form of internal materials and data obtained by observations and interviews with management. The main output of this work is the design of a new organizational structure, which is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company, especially more effective cooperation between members of management consisting mainly of defining competencies and mutual communication.

Diploma thesis focuses on the development of parking building with commercial premises Rychtářka in Plzeň, which is realized in the form of public and private sector partnership. The thesis deals with effective application of project management methods in light of the general contractor Hermosa Parking Plzeň a.s. Information and knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the thesis are then used in the practical part for the design of project management methodics on development project Rychtářka. The outcome of practical part of the thesis is project management methodic, which should help to secure the optimal solution for complex structured process that leads to the realization of parking building Rychtářka and the compliance with all the specific characteristics of development projects.

It explains the basic concepts and actions related to the problem. The main aim this thesis is described and analyzed the building order in the specific building company. This aim is paid to the second pars the thesis which is described the specific building order “The road I/35 Valašské Meziříči-Lešná, 2. stage” and the process of the company from the implementation of this order.

Bachelor thesis provides an analysis of the football club FC Slovan Rosice and subsequent optimization of its organizational structure . The work is divided into three parts. In the first theoretical resources , the second will discuss the functioning of the club through the analysis of the organizational structure, SWOT and SLEPT analysis. The last part is a result from the findings proposed solutions and changes that resulted from the analyzes .

My thesis on "Interpersonal conflicts and ways of their solution and prevention" focuses on exploring the organizational structure of the company and on th problematic areas in communication. The theoretical part will allow us to better understand the issues of internal communication and conflicts in the workplace. In the practical part, the main method for processing content analysis (questionnaire, observation and interviews with employees, which I carried out in the company). From this analysis, I then draw concrete conclusions.

Bachelor’s thesis is based on analysis of the football club FC ZBROJOVKA BRNO, and the further optimalization of its management. The thesis can be divided into several parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background of this work, in following parts the club is analysed via SLEPT and SWOT analysis, analysis of its budget and analysis of the organization structure. Thanks to all acquired data I introduce several proposals of solutions with their impacts as they were shown in analysis.

The practical part is directly focused on implementation information system including economic assessment and analysis of risk join with this innovation process.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu nově založené firmy v oblasti podnikání znalectví, autorizovaného inspektora, inženýrské činnosti a BOZP a PO. V práci je obsaženo shrnutí teoretických poznatků k problematice řízení malého podniku, podnikání ve službách a tvorbě podnikatelského plánu. Navržený podnikatelský plán obsahuje interní a externí analýzy a konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro budoucí směřování firmy.
